Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on enhancing our invoicing processes, managing company-wide reporting, and addressing support tickets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a commitment to delivering high-quality support across various IT functions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for our invoicing software, including workflow management, scripting (C++), form layout design, and data reading functionalities.
• Assist in the maintenance and optimization of our web-based internal workflow automation software.
• Manage AS400 ACOM systems for the printing of shipping tickets, order acknowledgments, and purchase orders.
• Manage Inspire systems for the invoicing and check printing
• Manage PVE for invoicing and check PDF imaging.
• Oversee document repository software to ensure efficient document management.
• Develop and maintain batch and PowerShell scripts to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Create and generate comprehensive reports using Showcase Query and Report Writer, demonstrating strong report writing and SQL skills.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in SQL with a proven ability to write complex queries.
• Strong report writing skills, particularly with Showcase Query and Report Writer.
• Experience with C++ scripting and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with AS400 ACOM systems and document repository software is a plus.
• Excellent multitasking abilities, with a track record of managing IT needs for large organizations and delivering projects on time.
• A collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
