Job Title: HR Service Center Process Analyst
Location: Raleigh, NC 27603
Duration: 12 months Assignment
Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, M to F
Summary:
- Human Resources Service Center Process Analyst supports the assessment and development of processes, identifies areas for continuous improvement and develops documentation in support of current processes.
- This position analyses performance data to provide metrics.
- In collaboration with subject matter experts, analyses, identifies, and recommends improvements or enhancements to optimize processes and data.
- Develops process-related documentation, including process workflows, job aids, and internal procedures.
- Interacts and collaborates across HR disciplines to gather information, performs analysis, and makes recommendations to leadership to drive continuous improvement.
- Analyzes metrics data – trending, response time, quality, integrity articles visited, etc. - to create monthly and quarterly presentations for leadership.
- Reviews data/trends and makes recommendations and proposals to manager on opportunities for improvement.
- Assists with the review of processes transitioning to the HRSC, including leading meetings with HR COEs, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, and creating department specific documentation.
- Maintains and drafts HRSC Knowledge Base articles (KBA) within Service Now.
- Reviews data/trends to identify opportunities to enhance KBAs.
- Partners with responsible HRSC authors to update, edit and approve existing and new KBAs.
- Team member on process improvement projects.
- May lead process focused meetings within the project workstream.
- Performs user acceptance testing (UAT)on new system enhancements, updates, upgrades, and bug fixes.
- As systems enhancements and upgrades effect processes, identifies documentation that requires updates and ensures team members are trained and fully knowledgeable of changes that impact them.
- Assists HR Metrics & Reporting Manager in their job functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices.
- Excellent PC skills including MS Office suite.
- Specific skills in Excel and Visio (process mapping)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience desired
