Job Description
The People and TA Operations Analyst will be a key member of the People Operations team providing systems and process support for all employees and managers of Workday. We operationally support and work closely with all areas of human resources including but not limited to Recruiting, Talent Experience, Total Rewards, HR Partners, Compliance, Belonging and Diversity and Global Mobility.
About the Role:
This role will have a key emphasis on project testing and functional enhancement testing support primarily in the areas of Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, and HCM Core in Workday. About 75% of your time will be focused on testing support. The remainder of your time (About 25%) will be troubleshooting to help solve Workmate issues through People Guide Requests (Ticket Resolution) A key focus will be on problem solving, responsiveness and communicating takeaways with the larger team for continuous improvement. Must have EIB experience.
Must have experience and preferably - Training in at least 2 of the 4 of the following areas in Workday.
Advanced Compensation (Annual Compensation Planning) or Compensation Core (job profiles, Comp plans)
Talent (Calibration)
Recruiting (Offer Letters)
HCM Core (Testing - Hires, Change Job, Terminations)
Training Preferred in at least 2 of the 4 of the following Areas
HCM Core Consulting Core, Or HR Core for Administators and or HR Core Supplemental for Administators
Advanced Compensation Consulting Core Or Compensation for Administators
Recruiting Consulting Core Or Recruiting for Administators
Talent Consulting Core or Talent for Admin
