Job Location: Atlanta, GA 30354
Job Duration: 12 Months Assignment
Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)

Qualifications:
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
- Bachelor’s degree in vocational rehabilitation, human resources management, or in a related field of study, or 2 years of experience in evaluating accommodation options, HR functions, or talent acquisition.
- Experience evaluating medical accommodation requests.
- Documentation of communication, work independently.
- Must have the ability to work well independently with minimal supervision.
- Should be able to balance multiple priorities, work under pressure with complex issues within established time constraints, and meet deadlines and objectives.
- Should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- As an Accommodation Specialist (PM), you will be responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with all aspects of corporate accommodation policies, programs, and guidelines relating to equal opportunity (EO) and supporting clients' Rules of the Road and Flight Plan by assisting employees to continue their client careers through reasonable accommodation.
- The Specialist will operate within the accommodation policies and processes that meet employees’ needs and comply with federal and state laws and regulations.
- The Specialist will manage medical and religious accommodation requests, including gathering documentation and reviewing and evaluating requests, communicating with the employee and operational and HR leaders; recommending accommodations, drafting correspondence, tracking results, and recommending process improvements.
- Responsibilities may also include assistance in evaluating alternate positions within client and providing job-seeking skills training, including resume development and interviewing skills.
