Location: Duluth, GA 30097 (Position will be onsite with a potential Hybrid once fully trained.)

Location: Duluth, GA 30097 (Position will be onsite with a potential Hybrid once fully trained.)
Duration: 12 Months, potential to be converted to FTE at/around 6 months pending performance
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
Note:
- It a hybrid position with 2 days in office and 3 days working from home.
- However, training is in office (5x/week) and a probationary period of 4 weeks thereafter before hybrid can take affect.
- So hybrid would not take effect for approximately 6 weeks.
About the Role:
- Demonstrates a conceptual understanding of the procurement of records for insurance purposes.
- The role entails calling law enforcement agencies to inquire about reports that are being requested for Insurance clients.
- Applies this understanding in the performance of routine and recurring assignments such as reviewing, compiling, acquiring, organizing, and maintaining records.
- Position will be onsite with a potential Hybrid once fully trained.
Job Discipline Description:
- Reviews source documents for data input
- Checks accuracy and relevance of input and output data by visual examination, correcting codes and batching for computer processing
- Verifies output against control totals, reviews format and accuracy of printouts, and distributes information to appropriate departments

- Work is process driven with expectation of mastery in short time period.
- Limited prior relevant training or work experience required.

Responsibilities:
- Researching and reviews requests and police records information from websites, various internal and external databases.
- Fulfilling, editing, and/or modifying requests for police records to ensure compliance with company standards and completeness of order for product deliver.
- Performing additional research as required to meet customer expectations and demonstrates ability.
- Meeting and exceeding established departmental goals for productivity and accuracy.
- Performing outgoing calls to agencies regarding requests.
- Answering incoming calls from law enforcement agencies regarding requests.
Requirements:
- Be customer-oriented
- Customer service skills are required.
- Striving to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
- Experience in Criminal Justice, Insurance Claims, Call Center and /or police departments.
- Be able to use Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a production-based environment.
- Able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Possess a high school diploma; an Associate's level education is preferred.
- Be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Looking for someone who has good time management.
- Attention to detail.
- Punctual
- Good attendance is very important.
- Has some customer service and/or call experience.
- Insurance experience is always a plus.
Interviews:
- The client would prefer in-person interviews and with the Hiring Manager and their Supervisor.
