Job Description

The Recurring Services Coordinator supports the delivery and oversight of recurring property services—such as lawn care, winterizations, pool maintenance, and inspections—across Main Street Renewal’s portfolio. This role ensures services are properly scheduled, tracked, and completed by coordinating with vendors, branches, and internal teams. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the recurring services inbox and ensure timely follow-up. 

  • Assign services to the correct properties and maintain accurate records (e.g., grass cut frequencies, pool vendors). 

  • Create and escalate delayed or missed services. 

  • Monitor vendor performance and follow up on outstanding work. 

  • Produce weekly reporting on service completion rates. 

  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues. 

  • Update property records in systems such as Yardi and Salesforce. 

  • Support other tasks as assigned. 

 

Qualifications: 

Required: 

  • High School diploma 

  • 1+ years’ relevant experience 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook 

  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills 

  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly 

Preferred: 

  • Experience with Yardi or similar platforms 

  • Vendor coordination or property management experience 

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
