Job Title: Phlebotomist
Location: Primary working location: 325 9th Ave, Room SEA54, room 02.202 Seattle, WA 98109.
Secondary Working location: Pike & 2nd (211 Pike Street, Seattle, WA).
Training location: Capitol Hill office [1620 Broadway Suite 100A, Seattle, WA 98122]
Contract Length: 13 weeks 
Shift: M-F 8am-5pm

Roles and responsibilities:

• Venipuncture services on a population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Perform and assist with extended scope duties such as, but not limited to:
• Non-blood specimen collection
• EKGs/ECGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, PPD tests, and swabs, point of care testing.

Requirements:

• Venipuncture experience of at least 6 months, excluding any school/externship experience.
• Pedtiatric experience strongly preferred, not required.

Any certifications or qualifications needed:

• MA-R or MA-P

Parking: Parking is not included with this assignment. Paid Street parking or garage parking is available in the general area
