Job Title: Underwriting Program Associate
Location: Whitehouse Station, NJ
Duration: 3 months
Job Schedule: 4 days in office/1-day WFH (Friday)-depending on performance
Job Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm (flexible) 30-minute lunch (40 hour work week)
Job Summary:
The Producer Services Representative supports the Producer Services contact center by servicing customers through inbound/outbound calls and emails. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate attention to detail, excel in communication, and possess strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer experience via incoming telephone calls in a fast-paced, automated, high-volume contact center environment
- Assume ownership and ensure timeliness in addressing callers’ requests efficiently, accurately, and professionally
- Quickly build rapport and respond to customers compassionately by identifying and exceeding expectations
- Navigate multiple systems and applications to research, analyze, and resolve inquiries
- Maintain performance and quality standards
- Analyze information to make appropriate decisions and resolve issues while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Learn basic concepts of personal lines insurance principles and Client products offered to CWB customers
- Collaborate with team members and business partners to provide a positive experience for the caller
- Work 40 hours per week on a scheduled shift between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST; overtime and weekend availability may be required
- Assist with special requests and additional tasks/projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or current enrollment preferred
- 3–5 years of insurance industry experience
- Strong customer-focused mindset with a dedication to service excellence
- Experience in a high-volume contact center is a plus, especially involving decision-making and problem-solving
- Effective and service-oriented communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient with computer systems, multi-application navigation, and multitasking
- Willingness to accept accountability
