Position Title: Laboratory Assistant
Work Location: Zionsville, Indianapolis, IN, 46077
Assignment Duration: 12 Months
Work Schedule: 8am - 5pm, 40 hours/week + optional OT

Position Summary:

• Role is 70% laboratory work and 30% analysis

• Focus on supporting registration and production of crop protection products through GLP-certified analytical studies

• Includes processing, interpreting analytical data, and communicating results to stakeholders

Background & Context:

• The candidate will work closely with Product Chemistry teams and SMEs

• Work is performed in compliance with GLP regulations, SOPs, and study protocols

• Fast-paced, customer-focused environment requiring adaptability

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform GLP-compliant analytical studies of materials related to crop protection products

• Generate and document data consistent with GLP, SOPs, and protocols

• Troubleshoot and implement solutions to analytical challenges

• Maintain instruments and laboratory areas

• Communicate experimental results to internal stakeholders

Qualification & Experience:

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)

• Associate’s degree accepted; Bachelor’s in Chemistry or related science preferred; Master’s is overqualified

• 2 years relevant analytical chemistry experience preferred (school lab experience okay for new grads)

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across diverse teams

• Demonstrated flexibility and multi-tasking ability

• Appreciation for environmental health and safety
