Job Description

Major Responsibilities

  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing while maintaining compliance with local regulations

  • Manage employee records and HR processes, ensuring the proper management of personnel data throughout the employee lifecycle

  • Manage talent acquisition and onboarding processes in coordination with Business Units

  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and effectively implemented

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, manage employee relations, and resolve issues between employees and management

  • Prepare and present HR reporting and employee statistics to inform decision-making and workforce planning

  • Manage general services, including real estate services (property management and workspace maintenance), business services (fleet management, document handling, and storage), and People Care services (catering, travel, health, and immigration)

  • Oversee the Employee Service Center, ensuring efficient handling of employee inquiries, requests, and concerns


Baseline Requirements

  • Proficiency in payroll administration and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations

  • Ability to manage employee records and oversee HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle

  • Experience in leading performance management processes and aligning objectives with organizational goals

  • Experience in managing staff analysts and working in people-oriented environments

  • Ability to offer solutions to complex problems and well-developed communication, management, and organizational skills


Education, Experience and Technical Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • At least five years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on payroll, performance management, and compensation

  • Strong experience in managing employee relations and overseeing general services

  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations

  • Proficiency in the use of SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Concur

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications

  • Proficient in English

  • Nice to have: Spanish and German
