Job Description
Focus of Activity
• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments using SuccessFactors and SAP S4/HANA
• Oversee compensation and benefits processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal regulations
• Prepare and analyze payroll-related reports for management and regulatory compliance
Major Responsibilities
• Process payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring correct deductions and benefits in SuccessFactors and SAP S4/HANA
• Ensure smooth relationship with local BPOs in charge of payroll processes
• Administer the company’s compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and employee benefits packages
• Ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor agreements
• Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure alignment on payroll and compensation matters
• Assist in audits related to payroll and compensation, ensuring the accuracy of payroll records.
Baseline requirements
• Strong understanding of payroll systems, compensation structures, and benefits management
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order management
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education, Experience and Technical
Competencies
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,
Accounting, or related field
• At least two (2) years of experience in payroll
management or compensation and benefits
administration
• Experience with ERP systems (SuccessFactors,
SAP S4/HANA) is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Advanced in English
• Nice to have: Spanish & German
