Job Description

Workday Global Revenue Enablement seeks a detail-oriented and results-driven Program Success Manager to contribute to the success of our Global Revenue Enablement Programs. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the core team, providing essential support in the daily operational management of these critical initiatives. Your exceptional attention to detail and unwavering commitment to operational excellence will be instrumental throughout the program lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Registration and Invitation Management:

    • Configure and manage event registration processes.

    • Coordinate attendee communications via the event registration platform & communication channels.

    • Maintain accurate registration and program rosters.

    • Monitor the progress of new learners within onboarding programs.

    • Track the status of program invitations.

    • Manage program milestone tracking and generate comprehensive reports.

    • Support Program Owners  in monitoring shared mailbox

  • Learner Progress Tracking:

    • Monitor learner attendance based on event registration attendance reports.

    • Monitor, track, and report on Learner completion of prework.

    • Maintain and update relevant accreditation trackers with relevant data for all learners

  • Onsite Logistics:

    • Secure and manage necessary conference spaces.

    • Submit and track facilities service requests & finalize training room/s set up needs 

    • Develop and manage catering plans.

    • Coordinate evening event planning activities.

    • Create finalized materials for print including name tents, playbooks, agendas, team roster

    • Manage the procurement, organization, and distribution of program-related materials and recognition items, including coordination with swag vendor on redemption tracking

  • Survey Management:

    • Support program analytics workflows as needed, which may include survey creation and response rate monitoring, data analysis, and reporting. 

    • Support ad hoc program reporting requests as directed by the Program Owners..  

  • Budgeting and Procurement:

    • Develop, track, and report on program budgets.

    • Manage the creation and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices.

    • Oversee contract administration, including negotiations and ongoing management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing program operations for events.

  • Demonstrated meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Proven experience with event registration platforms and learning management systems

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management capabilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to effectively interact with global stakeholders.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, global environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within a sales/revenue enablement, training, or learning technology environment.

  • AI tools literacy
