Job Title: Business Analyst, Senior
Location: Oakland, CA 94612 (HYBRID)
Duration: 6+ Months (Possibility of extension depending upon business requirements and performance)
 
Description:

• Only submit candidates local to work location-Oakland/Bay Area within service territory.
• Assignment is hybrid (80% remoted, 20% in person as team reports into the Oakland general office (OGO) on Wednesdays each week).
• Client laptop to be issued & monitors (up to 2) if needed.
• Personal phone use required and pre-determined amount for cell expense allowed for reimbursement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs analysis on complex datasets models requiring customized reports and data.
• Maintains and updates datasets to reflect real-time business developments.
• Creates daily and weekly metrics related to business strategy and operations. Presents findings and recommendations to leaders.
• Manages small to mid-size projects, including confidentiality review and other support functions.

 
Education Minimum:

• Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience required.

 
Experience Min:

• 4 years of related work experience

 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Desired):

• Adaptable to changing business conditions and ambiguity

Technical Proficiency:
Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerBI) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

 
Desired:

• AI experience (e.g., Copilot, Hdata) and Project, Visio or similar software
