Job Title: Financial Analyst- Global Transfer Pricing and Margin Accounting
Location: North Chicago, IL, 60064
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CT
Duration: 9 Months
Remote/Onsite: 100% Onsite for first 90 days, then Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Overview:
The Financial Analyst will provide critical support for documentation, testing, and execution related to the ITPS system and global transfer pricing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to begin a career in corporate finance, offering exposure to international finance operations, system implementation, and intercompany pricing.

Overview:
The Financial Analyst will provide critical support for documentation, testing, and execution related to the ITPS system and global transfer pricing processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and documentation of the ITPS system and training materials under guidance of the Project Lead.
- Support the development and preparation of transfer pricing documentation and calculations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) related to financial systems implementation.
- Facilitate information and data gathering from stakeholders through meetings and status calls.
- Assist in issuing transfer pricing data for products during both planning and daily processes.
- Help deliver training to affiliates and internal finance teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems.
- 0–2 years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, audit, or global tax operations.
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, filtering, formulas, data management).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to ask questions.
- Able to manage multiple ad hoc tasks, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly with team members and managers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Familiarity with transfer pricing concepts and applications.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines and independent work.
