Fully onsite 8-5. Cambridge site. Must be able to commute to site. Open to relocation candidates but must be willing to start ASAP.

Must have: HPLC expertise and hands on lab experience.
M.S. and 1 YOE would be ideal.
B.S. and 3 YOE would be acceptable but a M.S is preferred.

Managers ideal candidate:
Someone who has a couple of years experience in biopharma working on bioanalytical assays such as SEC HPLC, Ion Exchange HPLC, and some basic assays like pH, osmolality, protein concentration etc. Good communication skills are also a must as they will work with a big group of people.

Job Details:
1+ Years w/ Relevant MS OR equivalent 3+ Years w/ Relevant BS
To perform experiments, organize data and analyze results under minimal supervision. With minimal supervision, plans, conducts or monitors experiments, records and organizes data, analyses results, generates robust and reliable data and/or ensures that contracted studies are conducted in compliance with the respective protocol and applicable guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities include:
1 Monitors or follows established experimental design and protocols and performs routine tasks and studies to obtain reproducible and reliable results with limited supervision,
2 Plans, monitors or conducts, analyzes and records experiments, and provides interpretation of data,
3 Effectively transfers experimental methods from literature to the lab and makes modifications as necessary,
4 Develops and implements new protocols with moderate review,
5 Works efficiently in a matrix team environment and collaborates with coworkers,
6 Communicates data and interpretation to work group,
7 Skilled at developing systems to ensure quality data,
8 Skilled and/or knowledgeable in the use of standard laboratory equipment and with one or more major laboratory instruments/techniques (HPLC, CE, physical property testing...),
9 Effectively trouble-shoots equipment and experimental difficulties,
10 Contributes to internal/external reports, papers, presentations, regulatory documents, invention disclosure submissions and/or patents,
11 Participates in department-wide support efforts such as safety, recruiting and committees,
12 May train staff and/or supervise others,
13 Coordinates and organizes resources needed to complete the task,
14 Understands when to seek input and when to make independent judgments.

Requirements:
Minimum BS degree (MS is preferred) in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology or related discipline and at least 2 year experience in a Biopharmaceutical working environment.
