Job Title: Senior Software Quality Analyst
Location: Remote – Candidates can sit anywhere in the U.S.
Duration: 3 months.
Employment Type: Contract
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Software Quality Analyst to support both manual and automation testing of web applications and backend integrations. While the team is currently light on automation, there is an ongoing effort to build a stable automation framework over the coming months. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment with manual testing responsibilities while contributing to the team’s automation growth.

We are seeking a Senior Software Quality Analyst to support both manual and automation testing of web applications and backend integrations. - Conduct manual testing for individual stories and sprint deliverables.
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium and UI Path.
- Work with backend systems to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
- Participate in quality assurance strategy development and test plan execution.
- Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and product managers to identify and resolve defects.
- Analyze test results, create detailed bug reports, and track issues through resolution.
- Utilize tools like New Relic for monitoring and performance metrics.
- Assist in selecting and integrating automated tools and frameworks into the QA process.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives in QA and SDLC practices.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (manual and automation).
- Proficiency with Selenium and UI Path.
- Hands-on experience in Java, JavaScript, or .NET development.
- Familiarity with backend integration testing and service validation.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and total quality management standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interface with development and technical support teams.
