Description:
As an Office Manager, the ideal candidate will focus on Hospitality for the Workplace Experience and Operations at our Costa Rica office, consisting of 3k+ SQM and ~300+ employees. In this role, you will integrate Operations support with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. The Community Ambassador role is part of the global Workplace Services Operations Team and is required to be on-site.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal Training Room requests including managing calendar and scheduling, room set-up & breakdown, catering, AV support, etc.
Coordinate and activate Global Events and Activities, in partnership with the ServiceNow partners in Communications and Brand teams.
Manage and maintain par levels in break rooms, copy rooms, and supply rooms – including ordering, organizing, and restocking.
Serve as the on-site point of contact for Property Management, vendors, including escorting vendors to work locations as needed.

Experience:
A minimum of five years of Facilities/Workplace Services experience required.
Customer service, hospitality, reception, front-desk, administrative experience.
Organized, punctual, professional, comfortable communicating at all levels of an organization

Education:
High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution is required.
Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
FMP, CFM or other Facilities certification are preferred.
