Job description
- Provide support to customers by resolving issues related to software downloads, license keys, and entitlements.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing systems with professionalism and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
