Job Title: Government Price Reporting Associate
Location: Remote

Job Details
Government Price Reporting Associate will assist in reviewing and validating government pricing which may include (Medicaid (AMP/BP), Medicare Part B (ASP), Public Health Service (340B) and Non-FAMP (VA) to ensure accuracy and compliance of payments and financial reporting of Government Rebate programs. They will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely submission of these price types.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and payment of Medicaid Rebates and working with third-party vendor to resolve any disputes.
- Responsible for all product data management in JDE, MDP (Government System), Model N and internal system APEX. Manage activities which support product acquisitions and product divestitures and product launches.
- Processing and paying of Tricare invoice (DoD).
- Part D Management and Analysis and resolving of any disputes.
- Documentation Manager including updating internal methodologies and SOPs with management direction to ensure consistency with corporate policies, applicable laws and regulations.
- Partners effectively with cross-functional teams and with various stakeholders to provide documentation, analysis and expertise in Government Pricing requests, as well as other cross-functional projects.
- Recommend and implement process improvement measures to enhance operating performance and/or processes.
- Demonstrate compliance, company values and required competencies on a consistent basis.
- Work closely cross functionally with various departments to address all upstream data issues that impact government price reporting.

- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, often cross-functionally.
- Working knowledge of PC applications.
- Strategic thinker with process improvement experience.
- Attention to detail and deadlines, and a history of adherence to policies and procedures are critical
- Good presentation skills.

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (or country equivalent).
- Demonstration of key finance competencies and qualifications and typically 5 or more years of experience.
