Job Title: Senior Technician
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Duration: 7 months
 
Job Description:             

• Requesting a technician to support customer issue reproduction, and various demos.
• Customer issue reproductions
• There are a lot of issues reported by our customers and our customers’ customers in the fields.
• These issues are from practical day-to-day use cases.
• Some of the issues are performance under noisy environments, multi-client performance, MLO connections and performance, and IoT with WiFi clients from different WiFi generations.
• For easy investigations, we need to reproduce the issues in our Lab.
• WiFi and AI demos
• To show our innovations to customers, many demos are designed and shown to our customers in different tech conferences and in-house customer meetings.

 
Some of the current and future demos are as the following.

• Voice questions and answers from AI Gateway
• Badge Detection by AI Gateway
• Face Recognition by AI Gateway
• Various AI use case demos
• SDWF – STC demo
• SDWF – Gaming/video streaming demo
• Various WiFi8 demos
