Job Description

Job Title: Master Data Analyst II
Location: Waukegan, IL 60085 (Onsite/Hybrid)
Duration: 2 months, likely extensions

Reason for Request Need additional help – Project Requirements
Daily Work Schedule Expectations Expectation is to work from 8 AM to 12 noon, followed by lunch, and continue work until 5 PM.

1. Very good expertise in SAP Functional Skills is a must
(SAP Functional Consultant, SAP SRM/ Indirect Procurement, SAP Ariba, Coupa Solutions & Supply Chain Execution)
2. Good expertise in Project Management
3. Expertise in Category Management activities like Contract Management, Sourcing is a plus

NOTE: This is a versatile role – But I am sure anybody with SAP Functional Consultant experience or SAP IT Project Management experience will usually carry both the skills we are looking for.

Key Responsibilities:
• Skilled in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring comprehensive compliance with legal standards and organizational policies.
• Manage vendor onboarding and master data, including verification and integration into ERP systems, to streamline supplier relations.
• Proficient in overseeing procurement operations, handling purchase requisitions, transitioning purchase orders, and addressing related issues.
• Expertly address stakeholder and vendor queries, facilitating seamless contract reviews, onboarding processes, and updates.
• Serve within the Global Process Lead (GPL) team as an SAP Functional Consultant / Master Data Analyst, supporting S/4 implementation and rollout of Coupa Sourcing, Contracting, and Supplier Management Modules.
• Define and manage data quality, transformation, mapping, and validation rules, ensuring adherence to compliance procedures such as SOX and GxP.
• Support Master Data Governance during data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, migration, validation, and reconciliation within SAP environments.
• Develop, validate, and implement business-specific use cases and test scripts, showcasing capabilities and training business teams on global procurement templates.
• Create and prepare load-ready files for PTP Master data objects, collaborating with technical teams to ensure accurate data loading into S4.
• Validate pre-load and post-load reports, ensuring conformity to predefined master data governance rules and maintaining data integrity.
• Conduct comprehensive data reviews with PSM site contacts, utilizing multiple checkpoints to uphold data quality standards.
• Identify, analyze, and address cross-functional process gaps from varying operating models, including requirement gathering for effective bridge strategies.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives, assessing their impact and effectiveness while ensuring process adoption, sustainability, and strategic alignment with AbbVie's objectives.

• Education, Technical Skills, and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5 years’ experience in SAP Direct Procurement, SAP SRM Indirect Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Contract Management, SAP Ariba & Coupa Solutions.
• Extensive experience with SAP S4 HANA with in-depth understanding of how procurement data works and its downstream/upstream impacts required.
• Very good experience with Coupa Solutions and SAP Ariba solutions implementation & support experience.
• Category Management activities like Sourcing , Contracting, and defining Category Strategy like IT Professional services is a plus.
