Job Description
Title: Assoc Analyst, Project Mgmt
Location : Irvine, California, United States, 92606
Duration : 12 months
Mon-Thurs/Friday, no overtime expected
Our team is the US marketing team for the advanced patient monitoring business unit – we create commercial strategies, sales tools, and marketing materials to launch innovative AI powered sensing technologies in the healthcare space.
Specific technology/software: Microsoft office suite is a must, copilot, generative AI is a plus, Tableau is a plus
Ideal candidate: They must be able to work well with a range of people, be a self starter, and detail oriented.
Must haves: Excel skills, Powerpoint development, and project tracking
Nice to have skills: Tableau and dashboard creation
Job Responsibilities
Interfacing with a fun US marketing team (generally on-site unless traveling for business) -lots of simultaneous projects to work on
• Develop and execute the production of marketing and product training materials
• Work closely with Product/Brand managers to develop product materials and programs that support product launch and commercialization strategies
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop marketing messages based on regional strategies
• Manage sales enablement tools, digital warehouse of literature and assets
• Project management and tracking of commercial projects and execution of commercial projects involving detailed account tracking
• Manage the product samples/marketing collateral forecasting, storage, distribution
Required Skills
• Individual must be detail oriented
• Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, presentation development skills a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Experience working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry preferred
• Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills
• Knowledge and understanding in tracking and interpreting market share, pricing, ASPs, competitive dynamics a plus
• Knowledge of marketing concepts and principles
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team environment with global marketing team and cross functional partners
• Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental
• Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
