Project/Program Manager
British Columbia - Remote - supports PST time zone
6 Months (Possible extension)


Description:
Experience Level: 5+ years

Specific responsibilities include:
  • Manages and coordinates product development projects.
  • Preparing for and running meetings
  • Preparing schedules and reporting on progress
  • Writing communications
  • Creating Wiki pages
  • Identifying and tracking issues to resolution

Requirements:
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Expertise in running a program or project from start to finish
  • Experience in working with multiple teams on different projects
  • Word processing, spreadsheet, database, scheduling software experience
  • Ideally Airtable and Wiki experience
  • Good with shifting context, handling multiple tasks at once
  • Pacific time zone
