Data Management Coordinator
3 months assignment
Morris Plains, NJ 07950
Notes:
Strictly 3 month contract, potential for extension if issues with S4 system.
June/July = normal business hours, 8 hours per day
(onboarding period, getting access and up to speed)
August = no more than 40 hours, could be less. Open to OT. 2 days on, 1 day off. Will need flexibility for weekends and night shifts up to 12pm.
Job Duties (include all daily tasks and responsibilities):
• Perform manufacturing data inputs into SAP ECC and S/4 to support make-to-order manufacturing for Cell & Gene products
• Candidates will work during evening hours and weekends during August 2025, but not the entire project length. Work will be shift based.
• Candidates are expected to work onsite at Morris Plains NJ site.
Requirements (include any education required, skills required, industry preference etc.):
• High School Diploma required
• Previous SAP experience is preferable but not required
• Experience in the life science industry is preferable but not required
• Experience working with large data sets in Excel is preferable
