Job Description:
- This team works very closely with both domestic and international operations teams, packaging engineering, readiness & OEMs to ensure overall readiness for product launch.
- Our ideal candidate is an ambitious, driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, who is also detail-orientated and can quickly pick up and lead programs/processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for key NPI logistics readiness tasks ensuring flawless launch execution within the client’s worldwide logistics organization.
- Organize and lead new product readiness and sustain product support across key programs.
- Lead worldwide communication of assigned responsibilities during weekly readiness meetings.
- Serve as the worldwide logistics forum lead, as required, and collaborate with regional teams to resolve operational issues, gaps in processes, and critical issues.
- Coordinate key administrative logistics tasks & functions to assist the overall NPI team.
- Improve tools and processes to more efficiently and securely manage logistics processes for new product launches.
- Evaluate risks, plan, and implement contingencies to mitigate.
- Ability to make key decisions and deliver results under tight and critical timelines.
