Position Type: On site hybrid (Mon, Tue, Thu in office)
Duration: 12 Months Assignment (possibility of extension)
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager III to join our Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS), Strategy, Planning & Governance Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects and activities within the organization. This role involves prioritizing risks, managing budgets, coordinating cross functional teams, leading multi-disciplinary projects, supporting governance, establishing accountabilities, pro-actively resolving issues, coordinating interdependencies, ensuring safety and security, managing tasks, and handling financial information. Additionally, the role requires strong change management and communication skills, leadership, and general problem solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Risk Management: Prioritize risks and manage within an agreed budget
- Ad-hoc Projects: Create and approve project charters and plans, assign activities, and launch awareness campaigns
- Task Management: Manage various tasks such as understanding policies and guidelines, data management, and managing vendors.
- Financial Management: Handle financial information, including historical spend for facilities and ensure proper documentation and data management.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change and communications plans for strategic programs and transformational processes
- Coordination: Coordinate with various multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment of projects and interdependencies.
- Communications: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and external partners
- Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, align business objectives with project outcomes, and influence decisions
- Accountability: Take accountability for project outcomes, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget
- General Management Consulting: Provide internal consulting services to resolve complex business challenges, navigate change, and achieve strategic objectives
- Planning, Standards, Process & Special Projects: Streamline operations while driving strategic initiatives to enhance performance
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of risk management and budget control.
- Experience in large, multi-disciplinary integration programs.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in change management and developing communication plans.
- Ability to coordinate with various teams and stakeholders.
- Proven track record in general management consulting.
- Demonstrated tenacity and persistence in achieving project goals.
- Expertise in planning and analysis for project efficiency and cost management.
- Experience in streamlining operations and driving strategic initiatives.
- Financial administration skills, including invoicing, payments, and purchase orders.
- Ability to guide and support teams through transformational processes.
- Excellent time and task management and financial management skills.

Education and Experience:
- Proven experience in project management.
- Engineering / MBA Degree would be ideal but open to other degrees.
