Job Description

Title: Policy and Procedure Management Associate/Security Compliance Analyst III
 Location: US Remote
Duration: 7 Months


Job Description:
  • Liaise with stakeholders across teams to develop, update, and review policy and procedure documents.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings related to documentation updates.
  • Prepare templates, policies, procedures, and framework documentation.
  • Maintain an inventory of key compliance documentation, including a Google Sheets tracker and document storage.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement within the policy and procedure governance space.
 
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with compliance, FinTech, and/or governance functions.
  • Experience building and managing knowledge management systems.
  • Proven ability to liaise with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to gather documents, secure approvals, and clarify deliverables.
  • Strong experience in creating high-quality presentations, reports, and process documentation.
  • Excellent documentation, analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proactive and responsive, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and demonstrate high attention to detail.
 
Must-Have Skills:
