Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Delivers straightforward administrative and/or other basic business tasks in Warehouse Services. Issues tend to be routine in nature.
- Provides support for any of the following: processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment.
- Assists in the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Warehouse Services and business/operating processes and procedures.
- Works to clearly defined procedures under close supervision.
- Ability to stand for 75% of the day
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Attention to detail
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to spend extended periods of time on your feet
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, and reach to perform tasks onsite
- Experience with forklifts
- Support the collection of all delivered and returned IT equipment
- Organize and unbox all delivered and returned IT equipment
- Clean and organize all refurbished devices prior to being repurposed
- Sort all electronic waste in accordance with Client’s policies and practices
- Support the closure of Service Request Management tickets related to IT equipment
- Support end-of-life onsite activities to organize, palletize, and package IT equipment for lease remarketers or E-waste vendors
- Update computer hardware asset inventory systems to notify the asset management team of device status and location
- Conduct routine inventory audits and inventory cycle counts
- Partner with cross-functional support teams to assist with onsite asset management
- Maintain clean and organized work areas; regularly empty wastebaskets from packaging materials
- High school diploma or GED (Required)
- Bachelor’s or associate degree (Preferred)
