Position Title: GTC Planning Program Manager, Optical Channel Sales
Contract Length: 12 months
Location: New York, NY (On-site)
Position Overview
A leading technology company is seeking a Go-to-Channel (GTC) Planning Program Manager to support the growth of its Wearables product category through the Optical Sales Channel. This role will focus on end-to-end program management for second-party (2P) devices within OEM sales environments. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator with strong program management skills, cross-functional collaboration expertise, and a deep understanding of product launches and channel execution.
Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Channel Planning: Drive process rigor and execution excellence to support Optical Channel Sales Strategy for 2P wearables devices.

End-to-End Project Planning: Create and manage comprehensive project plans, aligning timelines and dependencies to execute on category sales strategy and channel experiences. Leverage automation where possible.

Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate cross-functional alignment by coordinating conversations and planning across teams to ensure global execution readiness.

Executive Engagement & Communication: Manage business rhythms and change communications to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the program lifecycle.

Risk Management & Mitigation: Proactively identify, document, and communicate risks. Update plans and ensure stakeholder awareness of changes.

Best Practices: Develop and document scalable, repeatable processes and drive awareness of global best practices.

Quality Assurance: Ensure internal deliverables meet project needs; resolve issues proactively to meet execution requirements.
Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of experience in go-to-channel strategy, program management, or channel sales operations.

Proven experience managing complex programs and driving business outcomes in large, matrixed organizations.

Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications

Experience building and scaling processes in high-growth or transforming organizations.

Ability to execute quickly and effectively, often with limited information and tight timelines.
