Title – Project Leader
Location - Skaneateles, NY (13153) Hybrid: Work Schedule: M-F 8-5
Duration: 08 Months
This position will manage design changes and documentation updates needed to support product maintenance. An individual in this role will lead cross functional teams in engineering assignments, on a task-by-task basis and independently plan, execute and direct cross functional engineering projects.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Good communication skills with matrix management experience required. Independent judgment in the evaluation, selection and adaptation of various engineering techniques required. B.S. or equivalent required. Minimum of three to five years professional experience required.
I would prefer someone with a technical background or someone who has experience leading changes to tangible products. This is opposed to someone who has led software only projects.

1. Leading experience
2. Good communication skills
3. Experience with modifying materials (vs SW changes or cloud/database/IT changes)
-Must know conceptually what a BOM is. (Bill of Materials or list of subcomponents that make up an assembly)
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Project
5. Is a bachelor’s degree required? Yes
Nice to Have Skills
1. Leading projects or portions of a project. A technical lead is a great candidate for this role!
2. Experience with SAP, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet
3. Medical device design or development
4 working in a highly regulated environment (Medical/Pharmaceutical, DOD, etc.)
