Job Title: Paid Media Associate
Location: New York, NY 10036
Duration: 6 Months Assignment
Schedule: This position is hybrid- 3 days in office, 2 days WFH
Qualifications:
IMPORTANT The ideal candidate will possess expertise in creating and trafficking both brand-focused and conversion-driven campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and DSPs via Google Campaign Manager 360. The role’s primary focus will be on attracting new subscribers and engaging existing members for Client’ brands.

- Minimum 2+ years' experience in Martech, trafficking, or digital media.
- Proficiency with Google Campaign Manager 360.
- Familiarity with onboarding new media and marketing technology platforms, including media site tag implementation and click tracking integration.
- Hands-on experience in creating, trafficking, and managing digital media campaigns.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset, adept at building essential relationships.
- Strong time management skills to operate effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Solid understanding of media channels with proficiency in their ad managers.
- High attention to detail and budget adherence.
- Strong knowledge of key paid media KPIs, analytics, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and management of digital media campaigns, including project timelines, creative asset coordination, cross-platform taxonomy, and ad tag creation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage the flow of creative assets, copy, and other campaign components.
- Perform thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards
- Work cross-functionally to maintain tracking standards, taxonomy, and conventions across teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during campaign execution.
- Oversee daily campaign maintenance, addressing internal inquiries on tracking and campaign statuses.
- Assist with tag management across media platforms, focusing on Google conversion tags and quality assurance of media tags across campaigns.
- Exhibit diligence, attention to detail, and commitment to campaign objectives.
