Job Title- Learning and Development Consultant II
Job Location-  Manhattan, NY 10010 (Monday and Friday-Remote, Tuesdays-Thursday Onsite)
Job Duration - 7 Months (Possibility of conversion)
Shift: Candidates should be flexible to work a 7.5-hour shift between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a half hour lunch.


Job description :
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Learning and Development (L&D) Professional to join our team through a staff augmentation model. In this role, you will help create, manage, administer and deliver high-quality learning experiences that drive employee growth and organizational success. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the creation of engaging learning content, including courses, toolkits, guides, and microlearning assets.
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex concepts into clear, learner-friendly materials.
  • Coordinate course logistics such as scheduling, platform setup, participant communications, and feedback collection.
  • Manage learning platforms (LMS/LXP) to publish, track, and report on course participation and effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update learning resources to ensure alignment with evolving tools, practices, and organizational needs.
  • Support live and virtual training sessions as a facilitator or producer when needed.
  • Gather learner feedback and performance data to assess impact and drive continuous improvement of learning programs.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of previous work experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Candidate must have previous work experience with large scale learning programs in execution.
  • Candidate must have strong project management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
  • Familiarity with learning content development tools and technologies (For example, articulate rise)
  • Preferred experience GEN AI tools, (ChatGPT, copilot).
  • Strong project management, verbal and written communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Must have strong Microsoft Office Suite skills sets, PowerPoint, Excel (VLOOKUP) minimum 2 years’ experience.
Interview Process:
  • 1st round interview with hiring manager in video, 2nd round in person with separate managers and hiring manager.
