Job Title: Pricing Specialist
Location: Eagan, MN, 55121
Duration: 06 Months

Job Responsibilities:


•    Support & manage day-to-day operational Billing, Pricing, and Reporting activities within Pest and/or client legacy divisions
•    Ensure timely & accurate processing of billing/invoicing: Pest and/or client legacy divisions
•    Ensure timely & accurate processing of price implementation requests for client legacy divisions
•    Support Pest Billing or Client Legacy Billing related e-mail boxes
•    Interact with other departments, customers and/or outside agencies to resolve billing related or impacted challenges
•    Assist in orienting and training Billing team associates – virtually & in-person
•    Assists in testing, system implementation and valuation of system rules – general project support as requested
•    Process Improvements & general process documentation
•    Support close periods (month, quarter, year)
•    Metric & KPI tracking
•    Adhere to company and department policies and procedures

Required Skills:    
•    Ability to be self-motivated & work independently in a fast-paced environment.    
•    Must be able to work in a team environment, anticipate needs and meet customer expectations.    
•    Attentive to detail and process-oriented    
•    Demonstrated ability to deliver results    
•    Ability to operate multiple software applications, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Access
•    Critical thinking & problem-solving ability to resolve problems independently and take appropriate action in a timely manner. 
•    Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Education/Experience Requirement:    
•    Bachelor’s Degree?in Finance, Accounting, Economics or business field?-OR-?2+?years previous experience in credit, finance/accounting or related field?(relevant education may be substituted in part)
