About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Video Editor to join our Education Media Group (EMG). This team enhances learning initiatives through the creation of videos, graphics, and internal communications.

As a Video Editor, you will participate in all post-production activities—including editing, reviewing, and synchronizing assets—to create educational content for both internal and external audiences. You'll collaborate closely with producers, graphic designers, and other creative team members to deliver polished final products. Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus. Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Skilled in managing multiple projects, communicating status updates, receiving feedback, and meeting tight deadlines

• Proficient in audio editing, mixing, and mastering

• Experience organizing and managing digital assets

• Ability to follow brand guidelines across all projects

• Solid understanding of aspect ratios, frame rates, format conversions, and codecs

• Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking under pressure

• Experience working with MOGRTs

Other Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in post-production areas such as audio engineering, color correction, and mastering

• Comfortable working in a corporate environment and navigating structured processes

• Demonstrated speed, quality, accuracy, and innovation in previous post-production work

• Excellent organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills

• Open to learning and implementing new technologies, including AI translation tools

• Up to date with the latest trends in editing and post-production
