Title: EDI Claims Analyst
Location: Remote

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled EDI Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with PEGA implementation for claims processing and a strong understanding of APIs, including REST and SOAP. This role involves gathering requirements for request/response payloads and conducting API testing. Knowledge of PEGA claims workflows is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain EDI solutions for claims processing using PEGA.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for API integrations.
• Design, develop, and test APIs, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.
• Perform API testing to validate functionality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EDI and API integrations.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in EDI and API technologies.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience with PEGA implementation for claims processing.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, including REST and SOAP.
• Experience in gathering requirements for request/response payloads.
• Proficiency in API testing and validation.
• Familiarity with PEGA claims workflows is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
