Software Development Engineer (Hybrid – Seattle, WA)
Contract Duration: 7 Months

You'll be part of a high-performance team focused on reducing customer effort and delivering seamless experiences across millions of interactions globally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the front-end, back-end, or full stack design and development of scalable features and systems.

  • Build and ship robust solutions end-to-end within a DevOps environment, from scoping through production deployment.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, stakeholders, and other engineering teams.

  • Participate in architectural design, technical reviews, and hands-on coding.

  • Drive excellence in security, performance, and operational reliability.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (Required)

  • Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience (Required)

  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript (Required)

  • Additional experience in Python is a plus

  • Strong background with AWS services like EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch, and networking fundamentals (Required)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment


Top 3 Must-Have Skills (Stack-Ranked):

  1. Coding Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript

  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

  3. 3+ Years of Experience as a Software Development Engineer
