Job Description
Role: Business Analyst/Testing Lead - Clari
Duration: 4 Months (Possible extension)
Location: Toronto, ON - Remote
Responsibilities:
• Support the implementation of Clari, a revenue forecasting tool, across the client enterprise.
• Create detailed test plan outlining the test cases, objectives, schedule, and resource allocations.
• Develop test scripts and manage testing across several business units, securing appropriate written sign off.
• Track and manage bugs and enhancement requests.
• Create and distribute progress updates to leadership.
• Gather requirements and acceptance criteria and utilize Jira to log tickets.
• Work closely with Clari implementation team to ensure requirements are being met.
• Prepare for and lead meetings with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Assist with project management work for Clari rollout.
Qualifications:
• Software testing experience.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong executive presence.
• Proven experience as a business analyst, preferably with Clari or similar CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Salesforce preferred.
