Job Description Overview

- Project Intake & Resource Management:
- Manage intake of all creative & production requests from One Marketing, maintain visibility into all creative briefs, oversee creative capacity planning, own & optimize project intake tools for workflow efficiency and team visibility, and develop, socialize, and maintain RACIs for cross-functional projects
- Project & Workflow Management:
- Develop, track & maintain project timelines for creative production deliverables to ensure timelines are met
- Ensure Workfront is consistently up to date, coordinate project handoffs ensuring seamless transitions between teams
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, and continually evolve the processes for max studio efficiency
- Studio Operations & Process Optimization:
- Facilitate weekly designer meetings, daily check-ins and creative reviews, act as the go-to resource for tracking deliverables, continually evolve ways of working to streamline creative workflows and improve collaboration, partner with cross-functional teams to refine creative briefing, feedback loops, and approvals ensuring seamless execution, triage creative and production intake questions, and manage relationships with clients and agencies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Communications, or related field
Required Years of Experience
- 4+ years of Marketing Communications or related work experience
