Job Title: Program/Project Manager (Developer Support Focus)
Location: Remote (Preferred Bay Area or near a major client hub for occasional in-person visits)
Duration: 12 months
Work Hours: Preferably PST or EST to align with global teams

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Program/Project Manager to support a new initiative at the Client. This role is key to enhancing developer support experiences and building strong operational foundations for internal and external developer touchpoints.
You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and developer support to define and execute solutions in an evolving, ambiguous environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with Program Manager on builder/developer support initiatives.
  • Understand and define business requirements from developer support teams.
  • Translate business needs into actionable product requirement documents for engineering teams.
  • Develop and advocate for a product vision for developer support, collaborating with Product and Marketing teams.
  • Conduct data analysis to derive insights and build compelling impact statements.
  • Support day-to-day program and project management tasks as assigned.
  • Contribute to improving the developer support experience (for both developers and agents).
  • Operationally support ticket-based systems and vendor management workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across varying levels and teams.
 
Skills & Experience:
  • 3–5 years of experience in Program or Project Management, preferably in a tech or developer support environment.
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to extract, analyze, and tell stories through data.
  • Operational knowledge of developer support systems and ticketing processes.
  • Proven experience working across cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working in both high-paced and research-driven periods.
Preferred Tools & Technologies:
  • Salesforce (currently being adopted internally)
  • Asana (project management)
  • Jira (data workflow insight)
  • SQL (for pulling and analyzing data)
Nice to Have:
  • Previous experience at big tech company.
  • Experience working with global teams and across time zones.
  • Strong understanding of the developer support lifecycle and experience metrics.
Challenges You’ll Help Solve:
  • Navigating ambiguity and helping define processes that are not fully established.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to meet deadlines in a fast-changing environment.
  • Balancing downtime with intense execution phases depending on project demands.
