Job Title: Training Lead
Duration: 12 months
Location: Atlanta, GA, 30326 (Hybrid)

Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Lead to join our team on a contract basis.
  • The Training Lead will be responsible for mainly supporting the Leading for Success program which focuses on the leader of leaders population.
  • Additionally, this role will assist in managing and engaging Slack communities and supporting other milestone programs and special projects as they arise.
  • This role will be responsible for assisting with designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure our leaders and employees are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • This includes creating training content and materials, manuals, and e-learning modules.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand specific training requirements.
  • Delivery of Training: Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
  • Ensure that training is accessible and effective for all employees.
  • Evaluation and Feedback: Develop and implement evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collect feedback from participants and make necessary adjustments to improve future training sessions.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with practice leads and other stakeholders to ensure training programs meet organizational needs and objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development. Continuously seek ways to enhance training programs and delivery methods.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development; 2 years in leadership development is a plus.
Skills:
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong instructional design skills.
  • Ability to manage and engage asynchronous communities.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and communication tools such as Slack and AI tools is a plus.
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess training effectiveness.
Must have skills:
  • Instructional design, facilitation, AI fundamental skills, adaptability, collaboration, stakeholder management, communication, slide presentation development
  • Teachable skills: Slack
  • Optional skills: Advanced AI skills

Certifications:
  • Relevant certifications in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD) are a plus.
