Title: Identity and Access Management Administrator
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Columbia, SC (Onsite every day for training and then hybrid)
C2 clearance is required - must be a US citizen

Job Summary:
- Duties
- Responsible for identity management of user accounts and protection of system resources.
- Provide administration support for enterprise system access.
- Setup, maintain and terminate system access on multiple security architectures and within multiple secure applications. Provide problem resolution to customers.
- Ensure compliance with corporate information security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures.
- 30% Create, modify, delete, maintain, and monitor system access identification for corporate email system, LAN, enterprise server (RACF) applications and subsystems, remote access, web browsing, and/or application level security databases.
- Review, verify, and implement security requests.
- 30% Work with other areas of Information Systems to provide solutions for customers. Dispatch work to security points of contact for completion and/or process break/fix and service severity level requests to meet customer needs.
- Provide instruction, problem resolution, and follow-up to external customers and internal employees.
- May train new team members on procedures and problem resolution.
- 25% Perform system access reviews to ensure compliance with corporate security policies and standards.
- Participate in related project work as needed such as documentation of work, process implementations and procedure updating.
- 15% Create and/or review data access reports to research service requests or issues.
- May also be asked to review reports to ensure compliance with corporate information security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures.
- Day to Day
- The onboarding team is charge of provisioning access to new hire and Transfers via a Security Access Template or model after based off of security policies and procedures.
- Work Environment
- Fast paced, multi-platformed environment which may require action and response 24X7 to support the technical business needs of the customer.

- There are a total of 14 team members. We work on various projects, i.e., Exchange, Security Access Templates, Onboarding new Customers.

- Work Experience
- 2 years IT technical experience in infrastructure and/or applications.
- Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree. or 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree
- Preferred Education
- Bachelor's degree-in Computer Information Systems/Technology or related degree.
- Required Skills and Abilities
- Working knowledge of IT security systems and concepts.
- Working knowledge of LAN access control systems.
- Working knowledge of enterprise server and LAN applications and subsystems.
- Working knowledge of user administration on single platforms.
- Ability to acquire knowledge for multiple platforms.
- Able to quickly learn new tools and emerging technologies.
- Able to acquire knowledge of industry standards for corporate information security systems as they relate to customer and governmental regulatory requirements.
