Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and provide catheter care to residents
- Perform routine assessments and treatments based on individualized care plans
- Train direct support staff on best practices in patient care
- Transport residents to medical appointments, activities, and community events
- Valid LPN license in MA
- At least 6 months experience as an LPN
