Job Description
Title: Supply Chain Sr. Associate
Duration: 12 months
Location: Fully Remote
Work Schedule: 7-4 Mon - Friday
Description
Ideal Candidate: B.S. 2-3 YOE. SAP experience.
Accountabilities
- Support business processes related to GD America's Hub business and process improvements with minimum supervision
- Act as a team lead or -member in cross functional projects
- Provide appropriate and accurate information and analysis for effective decision making in GD America's Hub
- Manage and oversee Compliance related activities
- Develop strategic and tactical processes that increase the Corporate Transportation value proposition with minimum management direction
Responsibilities
- Execute GDP/ GMP and business processes in the scope of GD America's Hub with minimum supervision
- Manage outbound/ inbound distribution schedule with appropriate level of detail and prioritization
- Execute processes related to outbound/ inbound distribution including creation of shipping documents, booking of couriers and managing shipping supplies
- Track distribution Budget
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPI's) and metrics for area management
- Develop and maintain Client training materials related to the GD America's Hub
- Develop and maintain applicable Standard Operating Procedures, Forms, and/or Business documents?
- Provide training to new staff
- Represent GD America's Hub by leading and/or facilitating cross-functional team meetings to develop and implement business solutions which optimize processes
- Support Deviations/CAPAs, root cause assessments, and change control records
Outputs
- Ensure product supply using a GDP compliant distribution model
- Maintain two way communication between GD America's Hub and Internal and External Customers
- Advance on the departmental goals and key-initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- OR Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of Life Science or Business experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- OR Associate's degree and 6 years of Life Science or Business experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- OR High school diploma/GED and 8 years of Life Science or Business experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
Minimum Requirements
- Basic Education & Experience Master’s degree or Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of Life Science or Business experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- Associate's degree and 6 years of Life Science or Business experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- High school diploma/GED and 8 years of Life Science or Business experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication
- Excellence in working with MS Office

- CMIS PMP certification and/or CPIM certification
Basic Qualifications
- High school/GED + 2 years work experience OR? Associates and 6 months work experience OR Bachelors
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
- SAP Experience
- SOP Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Manage daily inbound and outbound distribution activities, including scheduling, shipment processing, transportation document gathering and courier coordination
- Ensure compliance with GDP/GMP requirements and support quality activities (deviations, CAPAs, change controls)
- Monitor budgets, track KPIs, and provide data analysis to support operational decisions
- Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and business documentation; train staff as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives
- Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted product supply

- 2 interviews.
- First interview will take place over the phone with the hiring manager. Second interview will consist of a virtual interview with order management team members.
