Job Title: Senior Manager, Product Consulting (FACETS SME)
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12 Months (Long-Term)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Product Consulting with deep FACETS expertise to lead consulting engagements, drive solution design, and provide strategic guidance for FACETS implementations and optimization initiatives. This individual will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), partnering with business and technical stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize FACETS modules while improving operational efficiency and auto-adjudication rates.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading FACETS implementations, strong healthcare payer domain knowledge, and excellent consulting and communication skills.Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the FACETS Subject Matter Expert (SME) for core applications and sub-modules.
• Lead business discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and recommend optimal FACETS configuration solutions.
• Design and implement best-practice FACETS configurations to improve automation and operational efficiency.
• Assess current FACETS architecture and develop future-state optimization strategies.
• Lead medium to large-scale initiatives including:
  • FACETS implementations
  • Product enhancements
  • Application maintenance
  • Configuration optimization
• Provide project planning guidance, implementation roadmaps, and measurable success metrics.
• Collaborate with client architects, SMEs, business users, and technical teams.
• Conduct solution architecture reviews, gap analysis, and recommend product enhancements or integrations.
• Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) and present solution recommendations to stakeholders.
• Perform configuration analysis and troubleshoot complex FACETS issues.
• Mentor project teams and provide knowledge transfer to client resources.
• Work effectively within onshore/offshore delivery models.

Required Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of FACETS consulting experience
• Proven experience leading FACETS implementation and optimization projects
• Strong healthcare payer industry experience including:
  • Commercial
  • Medicare
  • Medicaid/Medi-Cal
• Strong consulting, client-facing, and leadership experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience leading business discussions and design workshops
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
