Job Title: EIS Project Manager III
Location: Lincolnshire, IL (Hybrid/Remote)
Duration: 3 months
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager III to lead complex enterprise security programs focused on Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Just-in-Time (JIT) Access, and Public Cloud Security Governance. This role will manage multiple strategic initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive programs from planning through successful delivery using Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing enterprise IT/security programs, executive stakeholder communication, and cloud security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise security initiatives focused on:
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Just-in-Time (JIT/Entitlement) Access
- Public Cloud Security Policy Governance
- Security Policy Exception Management
- Drive complex technology programs from initiation through implementation.
- Partner with Security, Engineering, Product, Business, and Application teams to align roadmaps and priorities.
- Manage project planning, execution, scheduling, resource planning, and delivery.
- Track organizational progress and policy exception burn-down metrics.
- Present program updates, risks, issues, and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize work, manage scope, and ensure successful execution.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead organizational change management efforts to support new security processes and solutions.
- Improve project management standards, processes, and governance through collaboration with leadership.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of Program/Project Management experience (Level III).
- Proven experience leading large-scale IT and cybersecurity programs.
- Strong understanding of:
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Just-in-Time (JIT) Access
- Public Cloud Security Governance
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Experience managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience presenting program updates to senior leadership and executive teams.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
- Passion for technology and delivering innovative security solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of:

- PMP Certification preferred.
