Annual CTC Budget: ?5,00,000 – ?6,00,000 LPA Job Overview & Key Responsibilities We are seeking an analytically minded, production-tested Engineer to command our manufacturing floor operations, optimizing the transition from 3D designs into luxury physical products. ? Shop Floor Command: Oversee daily processing workflows across woodworking machinery, cold assembly lines, upholstery shops, and metal fabrication bays. ? Welding Lines Quality: Manage structural metal fabrication lines with a deep focus on high-quality TIG and MIG welding lines for luxury indoor/outdoor frameworks. ? Reverse Engineering & Optimization: Study incoming structural drawings to reverse engineer production flows. Optimize sheet cutting patterns to minimize waste, reduce assembly processing cycles, and systematically cut per-unit manufacturing costs. ? Production Planning Systems: Maintain manufacturing tracking software logs to control job cards, raw material tracking, and machinery load allocations. Mandatory Filters for Sourcing ? Deep practical knowledge of advanced industrial woodworking processes and structural metal fabrication setups (TIG/MIG welding techniques, metal bend allowances, structural loads). ? Proven technical comfort working with industrial manufacturing software or manufacturing planning modules. ? Clear history of delivering cost-optimization results and process yield improvements.
