Job Overview & Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an accomplished Senior Architect / Interior Designer to lead our turnkey spatial project division,
ensuring our premium design spaces match our top-tier furniture lines perfectly.
? Project Governance: Run a dedicated team of junior designers, architectural draftspersons, and site coordinators
across concurrent elite execution scopes.
? Client Management: Command premium client presentations, decode customer spatial intents into working
interior plans, and lead principal client technical alignment meetings.
? Technical Layout Validation: Verify architectural working details, mechanical-electrical-plumbing (MEP) layouts,
ceiling charts, and custom carpentry drawings prior to factory production and site installation.
? Quality Assurance: Drive material mapping, establish high-end aesthetic finishes, and run strict site quality
inspections.
Mandatory Filters for Sourcing
? Must possess an elite personal portfolio demonstrating successfully completed High-End Residential and
Luxury Hospitality/Commercial design projects.
? Mandatory experience in formal design team leadership, workflow delegation, and project timeline tracking.
? Outstanding verbal, written, and visual presentation skills
