Position Title: Research Operations Senior Associate

Position Summary: The successful candidate will support discovery research and contribute directly to the design, synthesis, purification and characterization of small molecule payloads, linker-payload intermediates, and antibody drug conjugates, as well as ensure day-to-day laboratory readiness and safe operations.

Position Summary: The successful candidate will support discovery research and contribute directly to the design, synthesis, purification and characterization of small molecule payloads, linker-payload intermediates, and antibody drug conjugates, as well as ensure day-to-day laboratory readiness and safe operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Under minimal supervision, plan and execute multi-step synthesis of payload and linker-payload intermediates perform antibody conjugation
- Conduct purification and characterization of small molecules and antibody conjugates using appropriate techniques
- Accurately record all experimental procedures, observations and results in the laboratory enotebook
- Summarize and communicate data to the project team in meetings and updates
- Operate and maintain specialized lab equipment and instrumentation
- perform general lab housekeeping activities, ensuring a clean, safe workspace
- Comply with all lab safety guidelines, SOPs and relevant regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline with 2+ years of relevant experience or master’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline
- Working knowledge of standard laboratory practices is required
- Hands-on experience with organic synthesis and purification preferred
- Experience operating and maintaining laboratory instrumentation
- Experience working in environments requiring heightened safety practices
