Description:

• Reviews and processes warranty claims, performing technical analysis to ensure compliance with Warranty Policies & Procedures in effect at the time of repair.
• Provides direction and ongoing support to dealers, field staff, and corporate employees via phone and email to ensure warranty claims are submitted accurately and paid on time.
• Clarifies warranty coverage, eligibility, and policy requirements, guiding stakeholders on where to obtain the correct information for proper claim coding and processing.
• Adjusts and approves warranty claims for payment and follows through to ensure adjustments are accepted and reflected in the Warranty Audit Trail.
• Maintains and updates SAGA to support a smooth, accurate claim process and minimize unnecessary claim rejections.
• Reviews and resolves warranty claims that fail SAGA system edits to ensure proper correction and resubmission.
• Tracks and analyzes warranty claim trends to identify issues, improvement opportunities, and training needs.
• Trains dealer staff, new corporate employees, and field personnel on Volkswagen Warranty Policies & Procedures and the use of SAGA for claims adjusting.
