Title: Contract Sourcer – Talent Acquisition

We’re launching a focused talent initiative to reconnect with and rehire high-performing former employees who previously contributed to our success. This 4–6 month project will be led by a seasoned Contract Sourcer who can build pipelines, re-engage alumni talent, and partner closely with HR and business leaders to drive strategic rehires. This is a high-touch, relationship-driven sourcing effort—not just a resume search. We’re looking for someone who understands the nuances of re-engagement, can navigate sensitive conversations, and knows how to turn passive interest into active enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sourcing
- Identify and prioritize target alumni talent based on historical performance, skill alignment, and business needs
- Build and manage a rehire pipeline using Workday, LinkedIn, and input from our leaders
- Candidate Engagement
- Craft personalized outreach campaigns to former employees
- Conduct initial conversations to assess interest, readiness, and fit
- Handle sensitive discussions with discretion and professionalism
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to align on rehire strategy and role requirements
- Provide regular updates and insights on sourcing progress and candidate feedback
- Track outreach metrics, conversion rates, and candidate sentiment
- Deliver weekly dashboards and final project summary with recommendations
- 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, ideally with corporate or agency background
- Proven success in passive candidate engagement and relationship-based recruiting
- Experience with alumni or rehire programs strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM platforms, Boolean search)
- Ability to work independently and manage a project from start to finish
